What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of adapt-systems.com — the marketing and informational website. They do not cover any migration audit, factory engagement, or other paid work: those are governed by a separate, signed statement of work agreed directly with Barbell Ventures, Lda. (trading as Adapt Systems), which takes precedence over anything on this site.

This site is provided for information about Adapt Systems' services. You may browse it and submit enquiry forms in good faith. You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or misuse the site or its forms, including submitting false information through the honeypot-protected lead forms.

Figures, timelines, and outcomes described on this site (for example under Outcomes or case-study sections) describe illustrative or historical results and are not a guarantee for any specific engagement. Actual scope, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a signed statement of work, not by anything published here.
