A renewal, support, or strategy document
Whatever captures the forcing event — a license renewal notice, an end-of-support timeline, or an internal modernization brief. This tells us the clock you're working against.
The Migration Kill Test
The Migration Kill Test is a bounded, evidence-based feasibility check. You give us three things; we give you a stay/retire/detach/replatform recommendation, the principal risks and unknowns, and — if it's a fit — what a paid audit would need to confirm. It's designed to disqualify honestly, not to manufacture a sales opportunity.
What you give us
Whatever captures the forcing event — a license renewal notice, an end-of-support timeline, or an internal modernization brief. This tells us the clock you're working against.
What exists and what it talks to — not source code, not credentials. An architecture diagram, a module list, or an honest "here's roughly what we have" is enough to start.
The handful of processes that would actually hurt if they broke. These anchor the feasibility read in what matters to the business, not just the codebase.
What you get back
A clear recommendation, or an explicit "insufficient evidence" if that's the honest answer. We're not incentivized to find a replatforming case where one doesn't exist — a Kill Test that disqualifies you is a good outcome, not a failed one.
What we're confident about, what we're not, and exactly what a paid audit would need to confirm before you commit real budget — plus a provisional view of what a partner-delivered piece looks like versus what Adapt owns, if a channel partner introduced you.
Commercial model
Depending on account size and how you reached us, the Kill Test is offered free for named strategic accounts, at a fixed low price, or as a paid step fully credited against the audit if you proceed. Ask directly — we'll tell you which applies before you commit anything.
See it verified
See our case studies page for a complete sample migration with attribute coverage and test results — not a vague claim.
Next step
No sales pitch, no automated sequence — a senior architect reviews what you send and replies directly.
